Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a roof replacement?
Tune-ups address small, specific issues — a handful of shingles, sealing nails, minor flashing. If your roof has widespread damage or is near end of life, we'll tell you and recommend a full roofer instead.
Can you replace a lot of shingles?
We typically replace up to 5–10 shingles per visit. Beyond that you're looking at partial roof work that's better handled by a dedicated roofing contractor.
